Extension of Application Deadlines for International Doctoral Applicants at Nazarbayev University School of Medicine

Dear Applicants,

Please be informed that the online application deadlines for international Doctoral applicants have been extended.

Updated Deadlines for Application submission:

• For international applicants applying for grants: March 17, 2026, 14:00 (Astana time).
• Deadlines for submitting IELTS/TOEFL/GRE/GMAT results: March 17, 2026 11.59 pm (Astana time).

NU School of Medicine offers the following PhD's programs:

• Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences
• Ph.D. in Global Health

In order to apply follow the steps below:
1️. Register on admissions.nu.edu.kz and create your Personal Account.
2️.Complete the application form and upload all required scanned copies of documents listed in the Personal Account.
3️. Pay the application fee and finalize your submission by pressing the “PAY AND SUBMIT APPLICATION” button.
Important: The application fee is non-refundable and must be paid online through the "My Application Forms" section using a bank card authorized for online transactions. Once submitted, applications cannot be modified.
4. Upload a scanned copy/electronic certificate of your IELTS (except Online test) / TOEFL (except Home Edition) certificates in the "Upload IELTS/TOEFL results" section of your Personal Account.
