About Conference

Kazakhstan has an important place in the global history of primary health care, including the Alma-Ata Declaration of 1978 and the Astana Declaration of 2018. The International Congress will bring together national and international experts to discuss practical ways to strengthen multidisciplinary PHC teams, integrate medical and social care, improve community engagement, and use digital tools and artificial intelligence responsibly in PHC. The programme includes site visits, expert-led masterclasses, an opening ceremony, plenary and panel discussions, parallel sessions, awards, and networking activities.

Congress aim
The aim of the Congress is to discuss the role of primary health care and practical mechanisms for improving the effectiveness of multidisciplinary PHC teams in community health and digital environments, as well as examples of strong educational programmes for preparing PHC professionals.
